If you're not elected, will my vote be wasted?

Because we have the preferential voting system, your vote will never be wasted.   The easy option is to vote above the line in Box "P", however I always encourage everyone to vote below the line - that way you are in control of who is your second choice is.  Be sure to make all 74 boxes though (it'll only take 2 minutes!)   Clueyvoter.com is a helpful website to getting your numbers right.

Giving me your primary vote #1 sends a strong message to the political parties.
