I support the parties that have called for the duplication of the Southern Expressway. Southerners have waited a long time for it's announcement. There was a reason it was a "world first" for so long - everyone else builds freeways that go both ways!
I understand money was limited when it was first built. I do wish that the bridges had been built to enable duplication, which we will now thankfully have.
