Housing unaffordability is really land unaffordability. The state government is a main offender with it's greedy stamp duties, land taxes and restricting land release.
Young families don't need a patronizing hand out, they need governments to stop causing the problem in the first place!
I advocate the removal of the urban boundary so the young and poor can afford homes again. I don't just want housing affordability, I want land to be as cheap as the market will naturally allow it!
