"I have long been concerned by the level of regulation local governments
have over citizen’s freedoms and their private property. I seek election to keep
bureaucracies and regulation to a minimum. In a similar vein, I am committed to keeping rates to
a minimum. When councils
needlessly spend ratepayer’s money, it is the same as wasting the time ratepayers
took to earn that money. I will
support any measure to freeze rate rises for the next 3 years. As a small business owner as a photographer,
I am sympathetic to local trade.
I look forward to working toward commonsense solutions for the
communities in Onkaparinga."
